In the intricate labyrinth of mental health, depression weaves its own unique pattern of struggle and despair. As a psychotherapist with nearly 20 years of experience, I am intimately familiar with the delicate dance between darkness and light, despair and hope.
Depression a pervasive and consuming experience that can cast a dark shadow over nearly every aspect of life.
